- Leave a distance between 30-50 cm from the length and width of the tank.
- The excavation must be level and completely dry, with your soil leveling, and the thickness of the sand (soft burial that does not contain impurities) at the base is not less than 10-15 cm above the base (which must be completely level, and to ensure that this base is 15 cm). concrete pour cm)
- Ensure that the pit is not exposed to groundwater, and that no vehicles or machinery pass over the reservoir pit in the future.
- It must be ensured that there is no groundwater in the hole
- In the event that private cars are desired to pass over the reservoir, an 8 mm steel reinforced concrete pour with a thickness of at least 15 cm must be made on all the walls of the pit.
- The tank is placed on a hole as described, and in the case of more than one tank, 50 cm should be left between one tank and the other.
- Making entry and exit openings and plumbing (by the company only) and installing all necessary connections for the tank, taking into account not making additional openings without any need, and the openings must be preserved, especially that there is a ventilation hole left as it is
- Starting the backfilling process with filling the tank at the same time. Backfilling and filling must be done in stages (each stage is 50 cm high). Backfilling must be done with fine sand that does not contain any impurities that affect the body of the tank.
- It must be ensured that the backfill on the bottom side of the tank is free of voids, which supports the proper installation of the tank, and the sand must not be compacted when backfilled.
A-2- Above-ground tanks:
- It is preferable to place the tank in a shaded place
- Do not place or support any heavy pieces on the tank (such as attaching the favorites to the body of the tank, or placing tiles, wood, or any material on any side of the tank).
- In the event of spraying phonon on the body of the tank, the tank will be out of warranty
- The tank must be placed on a completely flat surface.
- The entire base of the tank must be on a level ground (it is not placed on bridges or intermittent blocks, even if it is flat or only touching the legs).
- Leave a distance of 50 cm between the cabinets
- A-3- Panel tanks:
- The product must be used for its intended purpose only and maintained in accordance with the operation and maintenance manual delivered to the customer. The warranty does not cover the rust of the screws, and the tank must not be left empty
- The tank must be used for its intended purpose
- The percentage of water in it should not be less than half a meter at least, so that the sealant does not dry out, except in the case of maintenance, which does not exceed 24 hours.
A-4- General requirements for tanks and ground covers:
- The plumbing openings are from the company and the guarantee is considered null in the event that openings are made by any party other than the company
- Damage caused by plumbing work by excessive tightening or tying is not covered by the warranty
- It must be taken into account that the level of the pipes is at the same level as the plumbing openings, and not to be lower or higher than it, in order not to cause damage to the tank, and the damage resulting from that is not covered by the warranty.
- The use of tanks is for water, and any addition or other purpose is a special manufacture
- The openings must be kept for the purpose for which they are intended, especially the ventilation openings and the overflow line, clean and free from obstruction, and the flow line must be greater than the inlet size.
- The tank should be filled with water for a period not exceeding
- And that the common valves/control units are always in good condition.
- The tank shall not be exposed to any internal/external pressures, blows, bumps, knocks, etc
- If the tank is cleaned with chlorine or compound materials, we strongly recommend lowering the water level by up to 1 meter on the opposite side of the chlorinated side. This will mitigate any damage to the separation wall.
- Ground covers must not bear more than 3,5 tons
- The company is not responsible for the installation (it is done through the customer according to the installation requirements in the guarantee through specialized technicians) except for the sectional cabinets (and it is by agreement)
